What a tranquil oasis! I absolutely loved the exquisite breakfast by the lake, and that thermal pool was a dream, despite the occasional sulphur scent. Can't wait to come back!

My stay here was nothing short of magical. The thermal outdoor pool offered serenity, while the breathtaking views of the lake made every moment special. The staff was exceptionally helpful, with delightful breakfast options featuring fresh and unique dishes. It's a gem where luxury meets relaxation, leaving me eager to return.

Amazing restaurant service and stunning views, but the Wi-Fi was spotty.

The Grand Hotel Terme offered stunning lake views and a relaxing thermal pool experience. Breakfasts impressed with fresh pastries and various juices. Attentive staff made sure I felt welcomed. The location is perfect, just steps from the castle and old town. However, the noise from outside was a bit distracting at night. The TV had limited channels, which was disappointing for evening entertainment. I found the dinner pricing a bit high for the portion sizes. I expected more from a 5-star hotel regarding the breakfast variety. a few more hot dishes would enhance the experience significantly.

The location overlooking Lake Garda is stunning! ! I loved the peaceful atmosphere despite being close to the vibrant town. The cleanliness everywhere was remarkable, and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I was extremely disappointed during my stay. The bathroom shower situation was a nightmare, having to awkwardly climb over the bath was not only uncomfortable, but also dangerous. This is not what I expect from a hotel of this standing. It's frustrating that a simple walk-in shower design was overlooked.

This place was a total gem! The thermal pool was like a warm hug, and I felt my worries float away while enjoying the amazing views of the lake and castle from my Executive Double Room with Balcony. Our stay in a junior suite with lake view exceeded expectations. The gorgeous views of Lake Garda paired with the calming thermal pool provided the perfect serenity. The staff surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary, adding a lovely personal touch. Don’t miss the breakfast buffet. it’s delightful!
